Why it’s almost great (but not quite)
The owner is incredibly friendly, always ready to assist with bookings and recommendations. Its location allows easy access to local food stalls that truly capture the essence of the city.
The hotel isn't centrally located, leading us to consider moving elsewhere upon arrival. It's slightly challenging to find initially, which can deter first-time visitors.

My stay at Zzhouse was truly memorable. Boyd, the owner, was exceptionally welcoming and proactively assisted me with local recommendations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved using the free bicycles to explore nearby local markets and eateries.
Some minor confusion finding it.

The fan in the Standard Double Room provided some cool relief, essential in the heat. It also included a refrigerator—though it was a letdown.
Dirty conditions plagued the room, with yellow-stained walls and worn-out cushions that were more of a health hazard than decor. The bed felt like an ancient piece of furniture, so hard that it wreaked havoc on sleep. The shower was a disappointment, barely more than a dribble, and the shower's awkward placement next to the toilet added an uncomfortable vibe. If you're a light sleeper, get ready for noise. the thin walls didn't shield us from sounds of other guests and nearby activities. the experience failed to match the displayed photographs.

Had an awesome time with friends here! The owner Boyd was super friendly and took us out for some amazing local food. We loved the walk to the night market and enjoyed a lovely BBQ at the property. The rooms were clean and comfy, with fans and AC. Free bikes really helped explore the area! Highly recommend checking out the local coffee spots.
The only downside was that we sometimes had to wait for showers, as there were quite a few guests. It was manageable but something to keep in mind during busy times.

Opted for a 2-night stay in a standard double room with a fan, enjoying the host's warm welcome and helpful recommendations. The hot shower was a bonus after long days exploring. While the peaceful location is great, sounds from nearby activities occasionally disrupted the quiet. The proximity to a 7/11 made late-night snacks easy to grab, though navigating to find the place initially posed some confusion.

A budget-friendly choice with excellent Wi-Fi! 🌟 Enjoyed the close proximity to local BBQ spots and the cozy reading nook filled with books. Clean room with a fan made for a pleasant stay.
The need for a bit of updating in some areas was noticeable.
